The opposite (when I used to trade manually), Ascot just didn't do much for me, and everything else traded like a fairly normal weak market. Stick to what suits you rather than being swept along with the hype. Or take a few days off, you don't have to work 365 days a year.
True that Shaun may take a few days to work on my automation while its quiet

I have manually traded the evening nags today as soon as the cricket was finished, feels like I'm in a small group of people still doing this now.
