Hi All,
I have been creating my own automations for some time but can't work this one out.
I have an automation file on the Horse Racing Win market that ranks runners according to traded volume in the last nn minutes. I then add a couple of other conditions to the top ranked selection and if it passes these conditions then I would like to share and bet this selection to the Place market.
I have the Win market file working up until adding the extra conditions but can't work out how to identify and share this selection to the file for the place market.
Any help would be appreciated.

Store a value at an 'event' level in the win market. The value will then be available to condition against in the place market (and all other markets corresponding to that same event).

I understand how to store values at Event level however what I am trying to do is store the number one ranked runner in a custom Ranking list to an event level stored value.
I cant see that option in the list of the event level stored value rule unless I'm missing something.

Hi All,
So, what I am trying to achieve here is ranking the runners in order of highest traded volume in the last nn minutes in the win market. I have achieved this using custom ranking list.
What I now want to do is back the highest ranked runner in the win market, on the place market.
My issue is that I can't see a way to share this runner from the custom ranking list in the win market to the place market.
Can anyone help please.

In the win market create a rule with the condition (stored value condition) > Value A (a selections rank in custom ranking) is = 1.
Use the condition (Market type condition) = (market type) = WIN.
Then store a value as TEXT for the EVENT with the selections name, this will be called TXTSV = (RANK 1 NAME)
This rule should apply to ANY selection.
Then in the place market, create another rule that stores a value as TEXT for the (Current Selection) with the selections name. Let’s call it, TXTSV = (PLACE NAMES) This rule should apply to EVERY selection.
Use the condition (Market type condition) = (market type) = Place.
That way it will only test the place market.
In the place market bet rule, add the condition (Market type condition) = (market type) = Place.
Also add the condition (stored value condition) > RANK 1 NAME for the EVENT = PLACE NAMES for the SELECTION.
That will then trigger your bet in the place market.

THE FILE WILL PLACE £1 BACK BET AT 1000 ON THE CORRECT SELECTION

I really admire people who managed to grasp BA automation system.
Its the most complicated one Ive ever seen in these kind of apps and not user friendly at all.
