set times up on bot

hi guys
am trying to get my bot to fire between 8am - 9am on the day of the game,
this is a football bot.

can anybody tell me what i need to input on the times rule ?

Fixed date & time under rule trigger times.

for some reason I've put the info on that selections and the bot still doesn't fire.

How many matches do you have added
What is your refresh rate set as in guardian
Do you have refresh restriction applied in guardian
Is your computer going into suspended mode & everything switched on.
