As I understand it the Lay the Draw automation rule shown on Peter's video in the academy, after laying the draw pre match greening up takes place when the market is un-suspended after the first goal & the profit is greater than £0. But what happens if the profit is not greater than £0? Does the rule run again if the market is suspended for the next goal or does it not run anymore & the lay stays active for the rest of the game. Also what happens if the market is suspended for another reason e.g. red card or VAR? either before or after the first goal.

The rule won't trigger until all conditions are satisfied, the only reason the profit wouldn't be greater than £0 after the first goal is if you used it on a match with a heavy odds on fav and the underdog scored first within the first 70mins or so

A red card could cause the draw odds to go out enough to move you into profit and therefore the rule would trigger

VAR has been a nightmare for automation users since its introduction, some people do try and build in safe guards but others just accept that sometimes a rule triggered accidentally by it will even itself out over the long term

Since that video there has been a lot of new options and features added to the automation tool and one of the things you can now do is check the score from another market, ie, the CS market. There is a ready-made example in the football area of the shared files section which does this
