Performance on Sat during Premier league games

I noticed during Saturday's football matches that my Excel spreadsheet was not firing my bets as fill or kill (as defined) and when they were matched it was not firing the appropriate offsetting bets.

It is the very same spreadsheet that does work properly during less busy times. I also made sure that my internet connection was the best possible and my computer after rebooting had only Excel and BetAngel applications open.

Any idea why this might be happening (busy servers???) and in what direction should my finetuning actions be?

It the past Betfair did struggle a lot on Saturdays in the run up to kick off. They probably still do but if you can isolate an issue we can have a good look at why it's happening.
