HI can anyone help me create this bot:

Say I need to it to back £10 (keep bet) on 5th favourite (going by projected bsp) 3 seconds before the off, if between odds of 4 and 6.5, in races with 3 to 8 runners. If projected bsp of any other favourites is within 10% of 5th favourite to dutch them all.

Would be a great help
