I think Notre Maison should run well here, it could be a good back to lay It's got a good chance. Maybe not with the mist

5.30 in to 2.60 not bad, a decent back to lay.
Imagine having a big punt on something in this race then finding out it's going to be a tape-start on a 5f event. Several left at the start with no chance.
I know what a bad start. You'd be gutted if you had backed these at the back.

I knew it would be good for Notre Maison though, It usually gets a good start and was the pace of the race. When it led after that bad start there's only one way the odds are going to go ;)

30 minute delay apparently. Although horses are still saddled in the paddock for the 15:00

What a farce that was.

It's unfortunate that this happens as least once a year at Brighton.

Strange, I don't see any voided bets for that race.

Somebody creating a lot of volatility on the Fav's today. The Volume is appreciated but the uncertainty it creates isn't.

Definitely a new pattern of behaviour the past 6/7 days. Big backs, big lays, big backs, big lays....

Always wonder how smart this money is. It may look unsophisticated, but if it keeps reappearing...well that implies that 'someone' is making a bit. Or that someone has an awful lot of loose change to blow

Looks like somebody trying to average out a position. It doesn't really work. It's high risk and little reward. Usual caveats apply.
