Spain slight favorites for Sunday at the mo, I'm not sure about that even with a slight English bias.

After England won earlier I checked BF and the Spain V England match wasn't open yet
But in the over all Winners England were around 1.94 and Spain 2.06 and I though that was a bit close and England should have been shorter
But to now see Spain as the fav's and also in the overall

Prince William, FA president, won't be present for the final. Guess what his excuse is? It's too far to travel for such a short time. 
He'd probably rather spend a week visiting a Commonwealth state, being told how much he's unwelcome and asked to bugger off back to Britain.
