I'd switched to the next market before the start
How much earlier did it go off?

1 second according to Guardian, so presumably 2-3 seconds in reality. It really should never happen.

Y, it is quite rare, I can't even remember the last time it happened on a UK race

Hopefully with it being only a matter of seconds it won't cause too many problems with potentially voided bets

It was Dundalk. The Irish seem not to be so fussy about these things.

Are we allowed to post videos of our trading on the forum, in this room? Using Flashback Software? Maximum 3-5 minutes?

Video files can't be attached to a message but you can post a link if its hosted somewhere (providing its BA software that is being used)

And if its for people to comment on and discuss the trading/market activity it'll be better to start a separate thread (which you could link to from here), that way the discussion is kept together and not interrupted by new posts in this thread

Ok, so if it was on YouTube I could post a link, to discuss on the forum. Got it, Thanks.

Yes, providing it's not using other software or to promote/sell a systems or strategies etc
and the purpose is just to discus the way a particular market behaved and/or how you traded it

Todays ladders are pretty light on Volume. The problem it presents is, it creates extreme volatility, you might think this is good but it's not. If your position is wrong and the ladders drop 7-10 ticks against you in a flash you are left trying to close your position in a low liquid market and have to take a further 3-4 tick hit just to close your trade.

Ladders in double digit liquidity and £107k matched on the off. Wolves 17:22

This is the next race off. Second Fav. £3,860 match. Its just not worth switching the computer on. I get the feeling that Society is heading for a serious crash anytime now. My job is exactly the same. No customers, nobody going anywhere and nobody got any money to spend.

It's not very good today. But will be much better next week.

Shouldn't you be prepared for that?
