Betangel's P&L different from Betfair's P&L

i'm a new user and I'm a little lost ! Be patient with me please

so....

I played a while with the pratice mode, making good profit with smale stake.

AND I tried this strategy with horse's racing :

In practice mode it works !
I used the "Trading profit calculator" or moving my ordre directly in the ladder to close my order

BUT ( they is always un but with a so good beginning )

I reproduced exactly the same in real mode and....

When I close an order with positive P&L in Betangel : I'v got always EXACTLY a 0 EUR profit In my Betfair's P&L

For instance :

I layed the horse "Golden ticket" before the match at 8.00 with stake 2€
then the Trading profit calculator show me 8£ profit at 12.00

THEN I Close the order, they matched and on betfair I show + 8£

but on Betfair Profit & Loss I see :

Horse Racing > Belle 18th Aug : 2m4f Hcap Hrd Showing 1 - 2 of 2 Selections

Selection Odds Stake(€) Bid type Placed Profit/loss(€)
Golden Ticket 12.00 2.00 Back 18-Aug-11 18:12 -2.00

???? Where is my mistake ? Why I have this difference ??

are you sure that you were logged into live mode?
did you actually press the radio button for live mode(on the log in page/screen), and not accidently left in set to practice mode from your previous practice sesseons.

first of all : thanks for your answer !!

and yes I'm definitly in live mode.

When I'm in pratice mode, the title color is orange and in the right down corner I can read "PRACTICE"

no it's in live mode

what's wrong ??

You haven't hedged by greening your profit.

I must activate the radio button "Greening" on the Trading Profit Calculator ?

and then, le P&L will be real ? (if it's matched)

If you back and lay something for £2 and get it right you will only profit if that selection then goes on to win. If you green out then you will win less but you will win whatever the result.

- Trading Profit Simulator
- P&l Betangel
- P&L Betfair

After Laying and backing higher...

By greening, i'm gonna have this ?

Look at the 1:02 minutes, he closes the ordre and the radio button "greening" is off
