Green All Selections rule not triggering - intermittently

I am not very familiar with automation and I wonder if anyone here may be able to help me with an issue with one of my rules.

I have a rule that is meant to green up at 20 min of in play. In the majority of instances it triggers without a problem. However in some instances it does not trigger at all. The only condition I have is that the market is in play for the green up to trigger. I am looking for some advice to mitigate the risk of the rule not triggering (i

I am guessing the reason may be the in play market conditions (ie. the market is suspended for a longer period that I have set in my rule). If this is the case, how many times should I allow the rule to trigger? does the number of triggers have any impact on the performance of the bot? TIA

How many markets do you have in Guardian and what refresh rate are you using?
ie, is it fast enough to ensure each market it refreshed every 2 mins (the amount of time you rule is armed for)

Extending that to 25 or 30mins certainly won't harm

Also do you have the markets in Guardian with the rules file applied before KO?

I had about 20/25 markets on Guardian with a 200 mili seconds refresh rate.

Yes, my bets are placed before KO.

So, I can extend the number of attempts and time without any effect on the P & L?
