betfair live strteam and ladders

I currently have my betfair live stream on a different monitor to my ladders but find even the little head turning is a distraction. Ideally I would like to put the betfair stream next to the ladder I'm trading which obviously I can do, but as soon as I click my muse on the ladder the live stream dissapears again. I've searched in all setting but cant seem to find a way of making the live stream stay on top. Does anyone know a way around this please, is there a setting in microsoft edge? I've attached a screenshot of what I'm trying to achieve without it dissapearing when I click on the ladder.

Thanks for the feedback, but it seems the ladders unpinned are on a greater on top setting than edge if that makes sence, as it seems to be on top of some windows but not the ladders

I've used a free program called desk pins for several years to pin the BF video

Tried enabling "Always run as administrator" in the PowerToys Settings?
