Average increase per second

Guys, I'm not understanding the average volume increase function in BA. The average increase based on what I have the refresh/MA intervals setting at isn't showing the correct amount. For example, I have a refresh rate of 20ms and an MA interval of 50, so the increase should represent 1 second. Two screen captures of my recorded trades for today shows an increase from one second to the next of £1200, but the average increase never passed £50! Am I missing something here?

I'm also noticing the MA volume doesn't seem correct. With 20ms refresh rate and 50 interval MA, should be 1 second. But when compared with 200ms x 5 intervals (which should also be 1 second) they give vastly different values

I have also encountered a similar problem. The MA volume calculation doesn't seem to be accurate. It has become a real headache to understand why these values differ so significantly when they should theoretically be identical.
