If you go to an event with Betfair in attendance (eg like the TPD event at Southwell or crash a BDP traders meetup ) then the guys are great, and you'll probably be told contact them anytime. A million miles from the std customer service. I don't think Jamesedwards will mind me name checking him and saying he'll go to events to press the flesh too. He even went to ICE and spoke to the Gambling Commission, and the Experian UK Head of Gaming, that's an admirable level of professionalism and effort. Kudos, I hope he reaps what he's sown.

It's not as hoop infested as some jobs or businesses I've had. And it's easier and more lucrative too so it wouldn't put me off.
