I havent got a clue what my position is on the 1630.
Last thing i saw on the api i was big red numbers on runners, but on the main site, i was big green.
So I havent got a clue what to lay off on betfair?
I think it was duplicating bets when i tried to green up a horse i had backed was showing a big red.

I was +£363.48 on the winner Whenever on the screen grab i took from the main site before it went off line.
The problem started when i was trying to green up. It kept leaving my matched bets as unmatched, even though the price had come right through and it clearly would have been matched.
I pressed to green up a couple of times and that has led to the problem. I never traded the winner. I havent got a clue what happened, or what my position is!

I was enjoying that race too, it was my best one of the day! Of all the races for the site to go down on, I didnt want it to be that one!
Got a horrible feeling I have a nasty red waiting for me when it comes back online, as all the ones that were showing green on the main site, were red on the api, I just hope that the main site was the correct figure.
Has this happened a lot recently? This is the first trouble ive ever had with Betdaq, but I havent really traded that much over the last month or so.

Looks like I got lucky. The market was settled as per the screen grab i took from the main site, which has suited me.
I think what happened though was when i was greening up on Band of Thunder, it kept firing the lay bet in and it kept getting matched as I was -£800 on that one.Luckily for me it lost.

I rang them up and explained I was happy for the market to be voided, as I would have done the same if one of the horses I had liabilities on would have won.
They explained that they couldnt do that, and all bets had to stand regardless of whether or not I knew I was making them, or whether or not they had been matched.
I guess I should just count myself lucky and will make a note of the amount and remember to deduct it when I end up on the wrong side of a crash.
