VAR has had an absolute mare today, cost Brighton two goals when they were only 1 down and still in the game, Liverpool red wasn't a red and looks like they failed to draw the lines for the Diaz disallowed goal for Liverpool (very suspicious behavior that one).
It's a complete waste of space.

That's the worst VAR decision or none decision so to speak I've seen to date I think. Mistakes happen but there's absolutely no excuse for that. Until full live video and audio is heard when decisions are being made you have to start to question the integrity of the VAR officials at Stockley Park when you see stuff like that.
Another meaningless apology as expectedMichael5482 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 7:47 pmThat's the worst VAR decision or none decision so to speak I've seen to date I think. Lame as anything. VAR is a complete mess, I'm reading now the VAR officials thought the on field decision was a goal so didn't bother to put the lines on and said check complete as they could see he was onside without them not knowing the linesman had raised his flag and the on field decision was offside.Kai wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 9:56 pmAnother meaningless apology as expectedMichael5482 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 7:47 pmThat's the worst VAR decision or none decision so to speak I've seen to date I think. It needs suspending immediately and reviewing for it's future suitability. Issues with it more or less every week, better off with just referees and linesmen. Yes they got it wrong as well but at least the decisions were easier to take, Diaz wouldn't of even got a shot away as the linesman would of flagged and the outcome would of remained unknown. Liverpool fans call the linesman a tosser and all forgoten about it by the time the Sky broadcast had ended.
Both the VAR guy and his VAR assistant (Darren England and Daniel Cook) were in Dubai 3 days ago officiating a league match along with Michael Oliver.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 8:25 amLame as anything. I think they were paid peanuts for it too. But still more than they get in the EPL.
