Exporting data to csv

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hi,
Just getting started with exporting to csv files. I'm able to export most of what I need but I'm also trying to export the Class, the Going, the Surface, the Official Rating and Days Since Last Run but I can't see these on the stored values to export.
Does anyone know how I can do the above please?

Some items are unavailable via the Betfiar API but there are quite a few that are. They are available via stored values.
