Why not detail what you want there maybe already a file available that will suit your needs or will need a minimal tweak or someone maybe able to help you without parting with any money.

A word of warning before paying for custom automation. Very few bots work first time, they usually require a lot of tinkering and tailoring and in many cases 90%+ ideas fail before a profitable strategy is implemented, so it could work out very expensive.

People will tend to help you out for free on here if you explain what you are looking for. Also there's no better way of learning than getting stuck in yourself and tinkering with all the options. But, if you really want to pay someone to create a Guardian automation for you then I have done such things before. PM me if interested.
