but since when did a kiss become a grope?
Have you been in a coma? That post was almost a month ago!

If it's not consensual, it's the same thing; a sexual assault.
Ah so time makes something misleading into truthful ... good to know.

Every definition of 'grope' on the internet involves the hands ... I was simply asking how a kiss fits within the definition.
If I were you, I'd take time to recover from your coma before posting. My first two sentences were completely unrelated to my answer. I was basically just asking if you're okay and with it. But obviously you're not and got confused. Spend a bit more time in bed.

So you don't really have a reply do you other than floundering and evading the issue. I was just being factual, a concept you always seem to find difficult to take on board!

I've already explained. A non-consensual kiss is a sexual assault. A hand on a girl's bum, without consent, is also a sexual assault.

Oh dear you just don't get it do you ... I'm not contesting that a non consensual kiss can be interpreted as a sexual assault I'm saying it cannot be a grope. I have given you the definition for a grope, I'm wanting to learn how a kiss can be a grope?

I didn't say a kiss is a grope or claim the Spanish FA president groped anyone. I was blaming him for setting a bad example and again, it was a light-hearted comment that once again has triggered yet another argument!

Let's face it, anything I post on here triggers an argument with you.

My neighbours just took their dog out for a walk ... for three minutes!

If I was that dog I'd be calling the RSPCA!

Let's face it whenever I post an alternative view to what you post you turn it into an argurement probably because you can't see there can be an alternative view. BTW I have agreed with some of your posting, when have you signalled your agreement with mine? I won't say what that demonstrates because it will only upset you!

And I notice you regularly try to hide behind the "it was a light-hearted comment" defence after the event. You made a clear implication that the kiss was a grope "I blame Rubiales for setting the example. :)" and I asked "Did he grope someone, I missed that!" and it's taken you all this time to pull the "it was a light-hearted comment" defence!

Anyone with half a brain would see that not only was it light-hearted but there is a similarity. My clear implications are your decisions, not mine, so you can't blame me for that.

Rapists often argue that their victim implied consent. It doesn't stand up in court (for the simple reason that the rapist decides what the victim is implying) and it doesn't stand up out of court!

Thank you for your response which as usual does not address the points I made and then blame me for arguing! But I see you are still hiding behind the "it was a light-hearted comment" defence. If you had responded with that in initial response to my comment I would have agreed but now because of the time taken to put it in play it seems more like an excuse than a reason.

Most people recognise a light-hearted comment. If you can't that's your problem!

"Most people ..." I think that would depend on how obvious the light hearted comment was. Clearly in this case it was not that obvious, why not use the tools available to you and finish the comment with a laugh as confirmation. Emojis were created to confirm the intended tone and any misunderstanding resulting for their omission is your problem!

They're for use when it's not obvious. Think about what I said. I blamed the former Spanish FA president for an unrelated incident where a reporter was groped. Only you could possibly think I was being serious!
