Global Settings: 'Auto Stake' box update required please

...excellent new v1.29.0 update chaps.

Would it be possible to add a cell into the 'Auto Stake' box to enable separate maximum liabilities to be entered for backs and lays? This would be very useful as you may well be happy to lay a selection to a far higher maximum liability than you would be willing to have on a back selection.

Please could we also use the central space at the bottom the odds column in the ladder view to show the LTP?

There's an option in the settings window that may help. On the 'Staking' page you can chose to apply the liability staking to just the lay side. The back stake can then be set either individually or via the column header's stake all tick box.

Thanks for that...but the problem is that if you set the maximum lay liability fairly low, and the liability happens to go over this low amount, which could happen in a fast moving market, you will get no lay bet placed at all, just a message to say you've exceeded your maximum liability ~ by the time you've reset, it's too late and the opportunity has long gone.

More than anything, the liability maximum in the 'Staking' screen is just a 'safety net' 'second chance' in case of a typing/clicking mistake.

Have you considered using the custom columns feature? You can fix liabilities in there.

Thanks for that Euler ~ no I hadn't seen that option in the custom columns, probably as I created my custom column screen layouts before having the separate auto-stake back and lay liabilities idea.

Without trying, it looks as though this would only work in the 'One-click' screen but as it would not be a 'global settings' feature, I suspect it wouldn't work in the fabulous 'Ladder' screen or in the brill new 'In-play trader'.

As the algorithm's are clearly already incorporated into BA, hopefully it wouldn't require too much additional code to be written to simply add an additional cell into the 'Auto-stake' box in the global settings to allow separate back liability and lay liability amounts when the 'Liability' rather than 'Tick Size' auto-stake option is selected.
