Birmingham look like a team that wants to get their new manager sacked. Woeful. Great fo Saints though.
The fans I feel sorry for, Birmingham were doing OK and sacked their manager for no reason other than to get Rooney in. His management record is abject at best.

Lampard, Gerrard, the Neville's, Rooney et al the so called English "golden generation" didn't deliver for England nor have they delivered as managers. Maybe better starting in the conference or league 2 learning their trade, as all of them way out their depth in management.

Gerrard in Scotland doesn't count I'd win the league in Scotland at Rangers or Celtic. Footballer Manager stuff managing Celtic or Rangers.
Rooney seems to have fired Birmingham up at half-time.
Lol. Just typing that last sentence and Saints score again. I know nothing.
Birmingham fans weren't happy with the appointment, weren't happy after 2 games, they won't be happy after today, they'll be baying for blood very soon. If you haven't got the backing of the fans from day one then it's very difficult, I'll give Rooney till Xmas.

And the crux of this is John Eustace was doing a decent job. Rooney is already under huge pressure and the owners look like idiots.

Wish I traded the 5.5 market in the Cheeseburger match.

"Referee doing the right thing and standing back, letting them sort it out".

I thought it was the ref's job to sort it out!

United's goal difference is appalling for a club with their ambitions

I think it's back to the drawing board for them

Look at the back four Maguire and Evans centre backs, full backs with no pace nowhere near good enough. Man U just treading water at best this season.

Ten Haag will probably go at some point but the Glazers don't exactly have a good track record when it comes to appointments. Man U need a full overhaul starting with the owners. Man U will go nowhere while the Glazers are still there.

These lineups are a joke, after so much investment. Too many stop gaps and washed superstars, need hungry players instead about to hit their peak

The league needs a strong Man Utd, I too would prefer them being competitive than like this, like in the times when beating them actually mattered

Absolute boring joke of a derby, it's become more like the shit London derbies nobody cares about only their own fans, Chelsea/Fulham kinda thing (no disrespect intended) The Sky Sports tipster was expecting Utd to get the thumping they're due, and went for 5-0 to City. It's very rare to see a football tipster go above 3 goals, so that shows how much of a mismatch it looked to be.

Speaking of doldrums, Ajax 2-1 up at HT and beaten 5-2. If they even tried to buy a win, it would probably be a Nigerian prince they were sending all the money to

I didn't think anybody cared about Ajax :D

But holy fk their season is the stuff of nightmares, the worst in their history, although not that surprised after the mess Ten Hag left. Both Ajax and their youth team are rock bottom!

Who would have thought selling all your best players and manager would have a negative effect on the team! :o
