Scalping the O1.5 goals market

I watched an Automation video on YouTube that showed a rules file being created to Back and Lay horses, 5 mins before race. Firing many times using fill or kill and Offset in the Global settings. There was then a Green All Selections 20 seconds before the start of the race.

Using the same principle, could a rules file be created to back and lay the Over 1.5 goals market?

Yes, rules are only specfic to market types if you add a 'market type' condition

Otherwise they'll trigger exactly the same no matter what market you apply them to (subject to all conditions being met)

I guess that the fill or kill would need to for longer than 30 seconds for football as odds would move at a slower rate than horses? Could I leave out the fill or kill bit? Or is it important?

If you are using an 'Offset' as part of the bet the fill/kill option also controls when that is placed

But if you do need to use it so the offset bet is placed once the opening side if filled you can just enter 99999 as the number of seconds
