Automate book % on selections

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I want to dutch all selections in a horse race using book % but not fav, 2nd fav, the selections combined book % must be under 75% for the bet to be placed on them, how do I acheive the 75% rule? I dont think the book% conditon for the market works with this.
