It must be something wrong with my set-up although as far as i'm aware nothing has changed with it since Tuesday. Any ideas what the issue could be? I tried shutting it all down and restarting again - still the same.

Can't tell. Try Aqueduct in a few minutes to see how that goes. Perhaps Lingfield was missing some data?

Hi Dallas, yes I have. It was working fine on Tuesday (my first day using TPD) and was partially working yesterday - just a few bits missing.

I’ve deleted the files, re-added them again and was hoping to see if it’s done the trick - alas Donny is abandoned so I’ll have to wait a bit longer to see.

I’m still not seeing all the boxes in my grid display being populated with information, as per my screen shot above. It was all working on my first day with TPD but not worked since.

Is anybody else using the grid display and if so is it working as it should?

You've probably got something wrong. Post a screenshot of your Guardian page with markets loaded, your 'Total Performance Data' tab in settings, and attach the rulesfile you're using.

I’ve found the problem.

I’ve been using the 2 recommended files Current & Par Speed Difference and Speed, Positions & Distance Values. I also tried the Lay The Ex Leader bot - it seems they don’t play nicely together. I removed the bot for the last race and the grid displayed everything as normal.

I've noticed a bug which feels like is slowly growing in frequency. I have a back-up physical PC that I leave on 24/7 purely to run TPD automations.

I'm finding that every few days TPD data on this back-up PC stops flowing and remains stuck until I restart Bet Angel. It feels like this has been occurring for several weeks now.

TPD is connected ok on the affected machine but the 'last update' window in settings sticks on 'heartbeat' and no data will flow.

I used to trigger the 'connect race to TPD' rule when I first loaded the market, meaning it would connect over 24 hours out. Could be coincidence, but since I changed this to only connect an hour out from off-time, I've not had any repeat of this issue.

Ah this explains it then.

I was wondering what’s happening - I was showing as connected but was not getting any info. Been going over my settings and couldn’t find what the problem was.

I came on here to ask the question if it was just me…

I’m seeing a slightly different issue today - I’m getting ‘race leaders speed’ ok, but ‘speed for current selection’ is wrong - it’s only showing about 10 or 11 mph.

Was working fine yesterday and TPD website is showing all ok
