Hi

I am automating Horse & Dog place markets in Guardian, however my rules are triggering on both as I am applying the rules to all markets, there doesnt seem to be a way to apply 'Automation file A = dog markets only' and 'Automation file B = horse markets only'

With win markets I can use text comparison to filter out as they contain race types, distances etc, but place market heading are generic.

How do I ensure my horse automations only trigger on horse markets and dogs on dog markets without having to manually select the rules and apply them to the correct markets in guardian?

Cheers

Might be a better way but you could use a Text Comparison for both with a group of OR conditions that set a signal when the selection name on Selections 1 to 6 BEGINS with a "1." OR "2." etc. That only applies to the dogs, as horses don't have a runner number. So if that signal isn't set , you are in the horse place market.

Using it from Selections 1 to 6 would ensure you don't mis-detect when there is a non runner

Due to the way BF name the place markets you can do it is add a list of all the dog tracks to a text comparison condition on your dog rule/s, and do the same for horse course names on your horse rule/s

Another trick is to load the horses, apply the horse bot then load the greyhounds, then sort by automation name (the dogs wont have a name so they'll all be grouped together) then apply the dogbot to those.
