I think TNT are just there to make it appear less like a rubber stamp
Would that be the very same TNT where I sneakily watched WCW wrestling as a nineties kid? Kevin Nash, Sting, Goldberg :D

Yeah, looks like it's the same TNT that aired WCW Monday Nitro wrestling etc according to Wiki, owned by Warner Bros Discovery and founded by Ted Turner (hence the name Turner Network Television). Quite the throwback!

They changed the logo to pink, before merging with BT Group recently.

So that's more Yanks getting their grubby paws on UK sports.

It changed it's name ages ago. I thought I had 4 new channels until I realised it's just BT.

I wonder what interest Amazon actually have in this area. They have to financial muscle to crush Sky or BT if it came to a bidding war for the rights to Premier League, but they are content enough to show a few games around Christmas and other periodic times!

It sort of makes sense, because it probably drives a burst of annual Prime memberships. If they were to show games more sporadically throughout the year then they'd have to come up with some kind of PPV model.

Well they all want to turn EPL into MLS. That's the larger agenda I feel, so that everyone can profit.

They (US) hate your pyramid football scheme and want to commercialize everything properly with the franchise model.

Yeah it might be more trouble than its worth to them to get into it that much

They have hired Jeff Stelling. Maybe thats their first step to football broadcasting domination!

Over/Under markets are dead as a nit in both tonight's games. Two games on TV at the same time doesn't tend to be to clever, people only have so much money to part with I suppose.
