Rule to trigger depending on score

I have a rule file created to place a back bet on the over1.5 goals market when the price reaches a certain value. I would like this to only trigger if there are no goals in the game. Is there a simple way to do this?

Store the value of the odds of 0-0 from the CS at the Event level

Then add a Stored value condition to your back/lay rule in the O/U1.5 market to test that stored value named (whatever you called it above) is below 20 or 30
