Is there a correlation between the signal strength in Soccer Mystic and the Goal Predictor?

If for example it says there is 2.86 goals predicted but just one bar in Soccer Mystic is the prediction at all reliable?

As an aside question, how reliable is 3 bars?

I'd wait for Soccer mystic to show either full signal or at least full signal minus 1 bar

The closer to KO the more accurate both with be as the markets will be better formed by then
