flipping cat goes out every half hour ... for two minutes at a time!
For non-cat owners I think you might have to expand on why that shoud be a rant.

There was a minister that named his cat BrexIt because it couldn't make up its mind whether it wanted to be in or out. I know all cats are like that but it can drive you flipping nuts at times.

Ah. I see. You're complaining about the capricious nature of cats. As a dog person that feline characteristic is one that puts me off. But I'm sure for you having a cat is a nett gain. C'est la vie really.
Cats are really quite curious. I see several regularly. Most are very wary and run away, but there's a few that are just watchful and another few that actually make a beeline to me.

What's more difficult, the Rubic cube or opening a box of laundry capsules?

Even the Rubic cube didn't need instructions.

What a sad story of the person being disrespected beside McDonald's Victoria Street W1.

How ignorant, and un educated those guards portrayed themselves.

I hope it's an isolated incident and McDonald's have responded very professionally. I have witnessed staff waking homeless people up in their stores early in the morning with free hot drinks, compassion, and kindness.

You got me going there Silky, unintentional I'm sure. I knew nothing of the story and when I saw "guards" and "W1" I thought the comment referred to His Majesty's Guards! Good to see it wasn't and that McDonalds acted swiftly and firmly.

Bought some cigarettes from Tesco, £11.80. When I got home they vanished into thin air. Went to my local extortionershop to get some more, £13.99!

The most shocking thing for me was the guy is 25 and says he's been on the streets since he was 12. :(

Just got my new energy tariff for the new year. Do they actually calculate these figures or do they just spin a wheel to see how much they can charge?

A Vatican court has sentenced the Pope's former secretary of state to 5.5 years imprisonment for embezzlement. A total of 10 have been found guilty of fraud, abuse of office and money laundering.

What a shame they don't take child abuse as seriously!

My appliance breakdown cover was going up 34% in the new year. So I phoned to cancel the policy and they reduced it to just two pence more than what I'm currently paying!

I googled how to clear the Spotify queue and I found the answer. Subscribe to Spotify premium for £14.99 a month and then you have the option to clear the queue. Otherwise, you listen to whatever crap you've listened to before or accidentally added to it.

I think it would be easier and cheaper to delete my account and create a new one every time I use it, just to clear the flipping queue!!
