anyone using this experiencing any problems?
unable to download any updates since saturday.
numerous emails but nothing more than please try again responses.
after update starts a ' critical error ' box appears and I do not have the technical knowledge to understand the content.
any advice welcome.

Now advised that I seem to be suffering from some kind of update problem.So with a bit of luck normal service will be resumed shortly.

It is a paid for service and as with all stats, the usual proviso - past performance is no guide etc.
