TTA out for 3 weeks for LFC. Thats presumably bigger teams nosing around him. I would say you can hve him and pay big bucks.
He is a wonderful passer and deadball player. But defensively I think it's now clear, he's as useless as a wet paperbag.

That's a pretty brutal take. No doubt exacerbated by the media's greed to sell negative clicks. They're not as protective of him as they are with captain Kane, why be protective of your 3rd/4th choice rightback when you can throw him under the bus for a few quid and try to ruin a generational talent out of ignorant greed. Luckily Southgate is not an idiot.
The reality is Trent is much more than a right back, he has become Liverpool's most important player and Klopp has now built the team around him. He has ridiculous playmaking talent already, and his game keeps evolving.
I was similarly critical of Gomez and just couldn't see a way out of his confidence crisis after he was being given chance after chance year after year, but now he's made a brilliant comeback as well, playing anywhere across the back 4. Great utility player to have, home-grown, experienced and still relatively young.
My view of TTA is not a product of the media.Kai wrote: ↑Tue Jan 09, 2024 7:03 pmThat's a pretty brutal take. No doubt exacerbated by the media's greed to sell negative clicks. He was LFC's right back and became a target. Shifted into this new hybrd defender/midfielder has shown his prowess as a creator. But he reminds me of Hoddle. Superb creator, toatally useless defensively.
Gerrard emerged as a ruthless midfiellder, then it was realised that letting him charge around making last-ditch tackles was not good for him or the team.
I totally get why TTA was moved. But it looks like teams with a different style are sniffing around and we could get big money for him. If he's not LFC to his bones he should leave.

Just realizsed the Over/Under and Match Odds markets appear to be out of sync by a few seconds for the Boro v Chelsea game, 2-3 seconds difference between the two markets. Suspend monkey is a bit of a wet lettuce as well, one of them ones suspending for dangerous tackles and penalty appeals.
Y, it's a real problem on this match.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 09, 2024 8:34 pmJust realizsed the Over/Under and Match Odds markets appear to be out of sync by a few seconds for the Boro v Chelsea game, 2-3 seconds difference between the two markets. Do Chelsea actually own a striker, surely they must have a young kid to stick up there, I'm absolutely bamboozled by Poch and Chelsea tbh
