There seems to be a definite lack of goals recently (but I've not checked the stats yet) ... as a matter of interest has anyone looked at the effect the 'going' may have on goals? Are more goals scored when it's hot or cold, the pitch is hard or soft, in daylight or floodlite, sunny or cloudy etc. ... just a thought.

Anyone had any issues with the Spurs v City game on Friday, just logged in earlier and mines settled wrong in the Over/Under 2.5 market.
Betfair very slow to removed the 'suspended' markets on the Iraq v Jordan match. Very annoying because it was never lifted after Jordan equalised - when I wanted to trade out - and it only re-opened after Jordan took the lead. I'd luckily laid Iraq but the inability to trade post the equaliser cost me some money.
Someone with their finger on the suspended / unsuspended button needs to be more alert!

Settled correctly for me, for a small loss thereMichael5482 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 10:47 amAnyone had any issues with the Spurs v City game on Friday, just logged in earlier and mines settled wrong in the Over/Under 2.5 market.
IIRC match took longer than usual to settle like Derek already remarked at the time

I'm wondering if they've resettled again then after the game back to the time of the disallowed goal hence it taking a little longer to settle, I did hoy in a decent lay offer on Over's when they opened straight after the disallowed goal that got took but that was cancelled straight after was disallowed. I wonder if their timing was out and I've got lucky as I was hedged for a red on the ladder but got a decent green in my account. The numbers don't even add up!
Anyway I don't complain to Betfair when I get done by the exchange going down or games suspended for long periods when I want to get out (just moan) but I do like to know the how and why.
Michael5482 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 2:09 pmTotally agree! Can’t complain about what might have been because it can never be proven. It is frustrating though. Just needs someone overseeing the game that’s got their eye on things. BF should seek to minimise downtime to maximise their revenue streams!Kai wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 1:42 pmAnyway I don't complain to Betfair when I get done by the exchange going down or games suspended for long periods when I want to get out (just moan) but I do like to know the how and why.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 10:47 amAnyone had any issues with the Spurs v City game on Friday, just logged in earlier and mines settled wrong in the Over/Under 2.5 market.

I've been barred from Bet365, but I've got used to focusing on the ladder rather than the pics, even if I have got a reasonable delay.Lynskey888 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 8:16 pmIf you’ve got a Bet365 account, might the delay on their video be slightly less?
EDIT: Think you might be three seconds better off on Bet365.

"Manchester United anger after being dumped out of Women’s League Cup by tribunal"! What did they do wrong? Nothing!
Aston Villa played Sunderland and gave them a drubbing 7 - 0 resulting in Villa winning the Group and qualifying for the last eight, Sunderland not qualifying while 'elsewhere' MU did qualify as a "best-placed runner-up". But ... it was discovered post match that Villa fielded an ineligible player. Sunderland appealed (upheld) and Villa were disqualified. Sunderland were awarded the match and the 3 points. That meant Sunderland became the Group Winners, qualifying for the last eight and Villa (now Group Runner-up) still qualified as a "best-placed runner-up" taking MU's "best-placed runner-up" slot and pushing them out of the competition!
Justice moves in mysterious ways. Anyone feel sorry for MU?

Man Utd are way too good to be playing in the Women's League Cup anywayfirlandsfarm wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 4:19 am"Manchester United anger after being dumped out of Women’s League Cup by tribunal"!
