Premier League back with a bang tonight, Villa v Newcastle the pick of the games for me. I thought Newcastle were poor at Fulham at the weekend and still injurie ridden, Villa at home look alright at 1.92.

All go at the bottom, Brentford, Palace and Forest all getting pulled in. Bubbling up for a right scrap to keep out of that last relegation place, Sheff Utd and Burnley are gone for me, both of them are crap.

Tuned into the "FTS Live 24" youtube stream just before the matches started last night.
Not that I had much clue about what was going on but it seemed quite a good way of building a community - lots of chat on approaches to trading the matches / expectation of goals etc in real time.
Not sure how many were actually participating but could have easily been over 40.
Anyhow, trading can be a lonely occupation at times & thought it a good initiative.

That's pretty interesting. I considered live streaming some trading at one point as well, especially after seeing a few Portuguese guys doing it over on Twitch.sionascaig wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 8:32 amTuned into the "FTS Live 24" youtube stream just before the matches started last night.

But I think they stopped doing it shortly afterwards. I may check these guys out to see how it looks and how they did the streaming part, doesn't sound like a bad idea for them in terms of transparency.
Football is funny like that, for example United fans celebrating the fact that Klopp is leaving while Liverpool fans are celebrating the fact that Ten Hag is staying
That honestly has to be the biggest compliment that a rival fan can give
There's also been some wonky results yesterday already, maybe guys like De Zerbi and Emery should spend more time preparing for their next match instead of preparing their resumes
My pick is this man : https://www.youtube.com/shorts/jFB0FqkSyUU

I've watched a few "to qualify" markets during penalty shootouts at the Asia Cup and AFCON. At least two of the markets have been suspended in the latter stages of the shootout, whenever the penalty taker approaches the area. It knocks all the money out of the market and limits your opportunity to trade out. Something to be aware of, perhaps.
