People ignore no smoking signs. So what does my local hospital do? They line the entire flipping complex with 20,000 of them at taxpayer's expense!
Exactly how many people/hours did that require?
They don't have ashtrays outside, obviously, because that would contradict the 20,000 no smoking signs so you have to drop them on the ground so they can spend NHS cash on paying someone to sweep them up!

His victim was found with a pulse by the first medics to arrive and died at or on the way to hospital, but now people are complaining that it took the killer several minutes to die in a pretty non-violent way!
And we still haven't heard the important details - what did he choose for a last meal?

If I were in charge of the Louvre, I would order security to tie up the two women who chucked soup at the Mona Lisa to the railings by their hair, strip them of all their clothes, and use them as exhibits to entertain people who came to see the Mona Lisa. 
But at least we've got full control of our borders and the NHS is thriving with all the money diverted from the EU. Plus, one hospital has a new wing with another 40 hospitals in the pipeline, unless they've forgotten about it.
And don't forget, people with well-paid jobs can now afford cheese & pickle sandwiches.
A few years ago I found a couple of bailiffs in my garden, they had come through my gate, they were trying to gain entry to my house.
I asked them what they wanted and to get off my property, they start asking where is Mrs S***l was, she is a neighbour of mine, I asked what address they were supposed to be at which they told me, and I said your at the wrong house and showed them proof. They apologised and left.
I wrote a letter complaining to the court but never heard anything back.
