No unique 'In-play trader' feature or soccer mystic

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I have a new version of betangel, but don't see the
unique 'In-play trader' feature or soccermystic..
Please assist.

PS How do you contact admin or the team

The icons for these tools are on the upper middle tool bar on the right.

Probably best off contact support, I can't understand why you can see it?
