Going steady for me so far.

No idea if I can pull anything out of the 15:10. When it's this short, it's just going to be completely stuffed with money.

Didn't particulary enjoy today, I rarely do on Tuesdays. But the short prices and small fields made it tough. Unfortunately we have more tomorrow!

Hopefully I'll pick up some detail this evening on how to approach those.

Still, I managed to get through the day with no losses. So onward and upwards.

Always glad to get that first day out the way, had one loss and also found it tough even by 1st day standards

£17.6m matched today. But that's down more than a quarter on last year. Suprising given the shorter favourites around today.

Wonder how on-course is fairing up. Over a 1/4 drop is alarming but not much Betfair can do I suppose with the GC and Government driving their customers away in droves.

As you say with the shorter odds today that is surprising. I feel like last year's numbers which were up on '22 made the potential for an even bigger drop this year all the more likely as I think everyone was surprised '23 did so well.

And I think NH racing has had such a poor year overall and I don't really see it getting any better in the future.

But still, nice to trade and hope everyone has a good week :)
