Let's face it, this is Betfair's way of stopping winning strategies full stop. Nothing to do with premium charge avoidance.

I have a friend who no longer uses his losing account, so you're saying I can't use it at all no matter the circumstance?

Well Yes and no i would say,
if Betfair simply wanted to stop winning strategies they would sclose their accounts like everyone else does, annoying but perfectly legal,

but the fact they are taking money P.C avoidance money without proof is not.

I wouldn't, they may think you are using it for avoiding the P.c,

Not sure why would you use it anyway other than for that reason.

It seems like if you just talk to somebody about your strategy that's enough!

Yes, it is allowed and there is nothing wrong with advising somebody to do something on their account. Not sure if the Betfair pricing team would be as clear as this.

yes but as I said, he is often busy and on the move and sometimes cannot take things before the event begins, whereas I can, and have no issues taking it for him aswell. I often do this with bookie accounts too, if I see a good line/total etc for e.g I will tell him and if he asks me to take it for him, I will log into his account and take it. I didn't realize this would be a big issue.
sometimes he even comes over to my place and we both watch and trade together off the same tv, in the same house, he is logged in under my wifi aswell so would this be a problem too since i'm guessing our IP's would be the same?

It's such a shame to see BF having become the company that it is.

When they started out, they claimed to be the punter's king & nobody would get punished for winning

I'm genuinely quite sad that they've become such a bunch of wankers

I don't understand why Betfair are providing these http://promo.betfair.com.au/advancedtraining/ when inevitably it is a road to nowhere.

Just about everything I have read has led me to believe the premium charge was introduced to filter out successful traders.

Why try to introduce more?

That's interesting to know.

Personally I had never heard of him or Scott Woodward prior to receiving the Betfair email.

Hi there

Sad times but the warnings were there

Glad I jumped ship months ago

You only need to make 50% less on Betdaq to be ahead of Betfair without the worry of you funds being stolen

Not worth the sleepless night is it.

They are no better than the Bankers who got away with it.

Why, because we still give them our business and say how bad they are.

Surely if you kept being mugged you would find another route home. Or would you just keep taking the same one in the hope that the Mugger had been nicked.
