green command

is it possable to use the green command on its own without a back or lay and stake(not the global command).

ie trade on a horse and your x amount green (or red does not matter), and say 1 sec before the off, or 1 minute after the official off, you wish the sheet to green up, that horse only, none of the others.

it seems that to use the green command you have to incorporate a back or lay and a stake, or am i wrong?
