In which races are stalls used?

Is there guide to which races use & don't use stalls in UK & Irish races?

And is it a strict rule?

i.e. ALL 5f & 7f races will always use stalls.

Generally races under 2m, there are a few 2m races that use stalls but it's all flat races that use stalls. You get the odd exception like the 1m6f start at Salisbury where the course doesn't allow stalls where you will get a flagged start.
