All queries should work regardless of the Excel version you have.

Generally, many issues are around permissions which is down to Privacy settings.

Go to the 'Data Tab'
Click on the arrow of the 'Get Data' icon
Select 'Query Options'

On the Query Options window;
Select 'Privacy'
You may need to select "Always ignore Privacy Level settings"

Didn't we have something similar recently (?) and although not entirely resolved I had to assume it was the version of Excel. I know way back when I was trying to access someone's PQ it was because their version was later than mine.

A thread with similar issue is here https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/ ... it%20work.

Not sure why it appears though as I did nothing special except Get Data > from Web.

Try it for yourself from scratch and use that URL I did for Stellabot https://www.timeform.com/greyhound-raci ... arne/86731

Your answer is written in your screenshot "access to resource is forbidden"

You didn't specify any particular webpage, meeting or whatever, so I tried a number of their webpages and received the same message.

So, it's a no no from them to get any data via Power Query.
