A 30-year-old teacher has been found guilty of having sexual relationships with some of her pupils.

I wish she were my teacher.

An odd phenomenon. One of my teachers was sex personified. It was a lovely kind of torture for a 14 year old. Obviously, illegal behaviour needs to be addressed.
But I reckon she would have been late twenties and .... well lets leave it there.

I just saw some footage of that Hartlepool killer being interviewed by two police detectives and was thinking, why isn't a nutcase like him in handcuffs/restraints?

Next thing I heard, he attacked the police officers and colleagues watching from another room had to step in. I would have saw that coming!

My nutcase neighbour's erected a 30-foot pole in his garden. I initially thought it must be a lightning rod, so he can photograph his house being struck by lightning.

Turns out it's a CB antenna, he uses CB radio to talk to people! I thought that died out in the eighties.

Did you ever wonder if your "nutcase neighbour" posts on his own little storm chaser enthusiast forum to poke fun and complain about his own nutcase neighbour :)

Also, why aren't you best friends with this man!?

Shit, he:s using the radio to talk about me. An antenna like that could probably reach tens of miles. :o

I:have to get a CB radio myself and listen in on what he's saying.

As I type this a stinker:s just got on the bus. It's really bad. :(

I bet you could educate me on the physics of electricity. All I know is lightning is promoted from the ground up. Negative charge at the cloud base connects with any random positively charged object below. Trees, humans, church spires or conductors. Conductors are therefore pretty damned useful.
Still a fascinating subject though. If only my useless physics teacher had been able to educate me instead of bullying me.

The Earth has a slight negative charge, which means we are slightly negatively charged, but putting that aside the Earth is generally neutral. There only needs to be a substantial differential for lightning to strike the Earth.

Extremely complexed subject!

I visited The Counting House today. Nice pub, nice bird behind the bar, but £42 for a round of five drinks!

And toilets down a flight of stairs with a 180° turn!

If you think that's a harsh review, one guy on a review site complained that the floor was too hard, and another complained it was too noisy.

I've just bought a thermometer that can be used orally, under arm or rectally. Why the fuck would anyone choose to stick it up their arse?

Very close shave tonight. I decided to have one more beer before going to bed, it turned out to be the last beer in my stock.

Nutcase neighbour is replacing his CB antenna with a more powerful one.

You can't live without reliable radio communication in a remote village like Norwich.

(I hope he doesn't stumble across this forum, searching for "CB antenna".   )
