Applying a rule when the markets list updates

I have managed to get my markets list populated and my rule applied to all selections at the start of the day using Dallas's wonderful 'Set Up a Whole Day's Trading' method (viewtopic.php?t=18920), but I can't work out how I can apply the rule automatically to any new selections that appear in the list as the day progresses.
