Gaps in Data When Exporting to Excel

Has anyone ever had an issue with certain stored values not exporting to excel when using the export all stored values rule.
The vast majority of the times each of my stored values export on the the markets that I am capturing data on, however, sometimes there will be 1 or 2 of them missing.

And then, on the next market, all the stored values will be exported as I wanted.

On the markets where all the values aren't being added to excel, I have checked the automation tab on guardian and it shows that each of the values did indeed trigger.

I have no logical explanation for this.

anyone have any ideas?
