You wouldn't go far wrong backing some 0-0 draws in these friendly internationals.

Or opposing Scotland who before tonight have won only 2 of their last 14 friendlies. However, they've won 15 of their last 21 competitive matches.

Heard about the result, Gareth would make a shit trader, there was too big of a downside on that friendly surely

Triggering everyone's PTSD should Iceland win against the tournament favourites again, wtf were they thinking

I'm more concerned that the performance may have been a reaction to the playes dropped from the squad. If that is the case then it means the squad is after Southgate, a return to the bad old days of Terry et al running the team and the Euro's will be a world of pain for England fans.

As a follower of Scotland I would encourage all England fans to set expectations very very low.

That way the highs are high and lows are as expected.

Just what any good trader would want...

Sound advice

Meanwhile setting expectations to high for your rivals can also work quite nicely

But England fans have nothing to worry about, Iceland didn't qualify

For as long as I can remember, Scotland serially outperform expectations when huge underdogs, but you should look away when they're even remotely fancied.

Scotland were backed in from about 1.8 to 1.59 pre-kickoff yesterday, which goes some way to proving your point, weemac.

Managed to get 23.0 on San Marino for Tuesday on Skybet.

Germany are going to roll over Scotland. It's by how much. This doesn't please me, but it's the reality.
Englands loss to Iceland hasn't really changed the odds, but I reckon that loss could be a big indicator of the mood in the squad. It looks pretty flippant to me.

Didn't take Spain long to score against NI.

Edit: It was NI scoring against Spain.

Gareth should have played Wales instead of Iceland for the final warm-up. At least England might have managed a 0-0 draw then.
