If any of you lovely people are like me and enjoy football trading on Nordic leagues throughout the European summer period (e.g. Sweden, Norway and Finland) when European football is all but dead, for some strange reason, BetDaq seems to have stopped offering football trading markets on the Finnish Ykkonen league.

Ykkonen used to be the 2nd tier league in Finland until the introduction of a new league, Ykkosliiga, to replace it and move Ykkonen down to the third tier. This happened just before the start of the 2024 Season in Finland. Yet BetDaq still offer markets in the Finnish Kakkonen league which previously was the third tier but has now moved down to fourth. So the only markets now on offer are the top tier Veikkausliiga, second tier Ykkosliiga and fourth tier Kakkonen (which itself is split into three groups, A, B and C).

It's a shame as the Finnish leagues, especially the Veikkausliiga and Ykkonen, were some of the most consistent in performance and their stats made great opportunities for using several trading strategies.

Anyone able to shed some light on this?

You could try asking Betdaq to add it again in this thread, they seem open to feedback : viewtopic.php?t=29090&start=135
