I do apologise if this is a stupid question. I have had betangel for a few days and I want to bring up the days greyhound racing details. You would think it is a straightforward thing but the days greyhound racing listings are always different between betfair and betangel and it is really doing my head in. What am I missing here?? I put Betangel settings to include international races but it is still bringing up different international races from betfairs for the day!!!!!

Please give us an example so we can understand what you are seeing, everything looks ok from our side?

Thanks for getting back to me. Okay I have gone into betangel and selected greyhound racing and clicked on "todays Card". I have nothing listed later than 1319 and yet Betfair has races up until 2119. I am probably missing something obvious but I sure as hell cant find it.

We have just done the same and they are all there. Are you logging in from outside the UK?

You may want to try restarting the app so that it gets a full refresh of the market tree.

If the last race in the app is the same venue as the last race on Betfair { and the X.19 suggests it may be } it suggests your PC may be set with an incorrect time zone for your location.

Double click the clock in the Windows task bar and select the "Time Zone" tab to check.

Thanks I did check and I was a day behind so I amended it and rebooted betangel - no change, so rebooted the computer, no change, so I deleted that version of betangel and redownloaded betangel and still the last blooming greyhound race listed for todays greyhound races is 13.19 in sittb and yet on betfair we have races going up until 2120.

I am so frustrated as I am dying to try out a new programme while this trial is still only half price. If anyone can show me what I am doing wrong I will be eternally grateful.

Hang on.

The last race is at 21:19 at Sittb.

You definitely have an incorrect location setting. Go to control panel, select 'Date and Time'

Make sure you have the correct time zone setting and you have selected to adjust for daylight saving.

Just the correct time means nothing if the time zone is incorrect as Windows will adjust for local time.

Not the same issue, but I decided to post here, so that I wouldn't open a new thread.

Well, I'm trading the Oz races since 7am and the countdown timer is tits up! Sometimes I get the right time, sometimes it tells me that a race that's almost starting should have started one hour ago and on others, two hours? Is this a problem with the Oz server?

Many thanks in advance :)

Getting the same problem here... I just manually went through Guardian and changed the start times.

There was a problem with the start times on the AUS API this morning.
