I'm not condoning it, but Nigel Farage has had a milkshake thrown in his face. :D
That is really terrible though. It doesn't matter what one thinks of Farage or indeed any other politician.....when we start going down that path it makes us look anti-democratic, and unable to accept anybody with an alternative view

We all have politicians we dislike, both left and right-wing. It only takes one absolute moron to take things too far and go from milkshake to battery acid

Good job the current equivalent of John Prescott wasn't the target.
Wonder who is Prescott's equivalent now.

Classic case of why drive the car yourself, if you have a chauffeur.

Alan Bates has accepted a knighthood after disgraced liar, Paula Vennells has been stripped of hers. :D

Obviously not a fan of the honours system but can't think of anyone more deserving of recognition, for persevering for so long without going insane, and probably inspired hundreds of others in a similar predicament not to give up.

I've got a £2 free exchange bet! No email, if I hadn't been placing a bet on the Euro winner market I'd never have known about it!

Not sure this is happy, but anyone else noticed the vegetation seems to be going berserk? Don't remember seeing wild grass over hip height for years.

Yes, with all the rain we're having. But my vegetables are suffering. They're not growing in the cool summer.

spoke with a random farmer this evening (while waiting for a takeaway) and he said that weather has affected everything and 1st noticeable things will be (in sept/oct) lack of variety and higher prices. beyond that, he said there were certain shortages going to occur.. not a doom-monger, but!!
