Add shortcut action to trigger the 'Refresh' button on the 'Select' page of Guardian

I run Guardian 24/7 with a bot monitoring all selections in one market and need to update the markets list periodically. I do this using an Auto Hotkeys script, but have to use clunky MouseClick options based on screen position rather than a simple shortcut because the 'Add shortcut action to trigger the 'Add' button on the 'Select' page of Guardian' condition in the shortcut editor doesn't seem to refresh the market list first. An 'Add shortcut action to trigger the 'Refresh' button on the 'Select' page of Guardian' would make life much easier. (It would probably need to be combined with a variable 'Sleep' condition for users to allow the markets sufficient time to refresh.) If there's already a way to automate this that I haven't discovered yet, please let me know. Thanks.
