Market refresh problem

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hi guys,
i cant refresh the markets. If i click to refresh button, i get this message: "Retrieving markets..." and nothing happen. Why?

I have had that before and each time I was Disconnected, not saying that is your problem but that's could be 1 of them

Ive seen it happen before. I think a reboot should fix it.

this sounds stupid, but reboot is not an option, i need this without reboot to solve. Don't you know any other option?

The problem, this account is few weeks ago suspended, but BA still running, if i restart i can't log in anymore. So I want to solve it without restarting.

As your account is suspended, will withdrawing funds still work if you make a profit :o

Probably not
I certainly wouldn't want to be placing bets via an account I know is suspended and risk having any winnings withheld
