He is toast. Not blaming Sir Kier, he had no choice but to back him but it’s looking bad for Joe. Wish he would stand down/aside, it’s embarrassing for him.
Hope his family can help him make the right decision.

Joe is now doing an unscripted news conference. Please, someone just take him off air. His family should call the secret service and have Joe removed. Yes, it funny but he is obviously elderly and unwell, the world does not need to see it. Especially Putin and China.

That’s it, he finished. Not the way a US president should depart the domestic or international scene. His advisors should be shot at dawn.

My mum died of alzheimers and I'll never forget how quickly it came on. One year she cooked me Christmas Dinner, the next I had to cook for her.
The other issue is, even if you elect an elderly person like Nancy Pelosi, who's well with it, things can quickly change and you can't rely on the president himself/herself to make the decision to step down, as we can see with Biden.

Think the interesting thing is going to be how many Dems come out against, apparently dozens were ready to come out, lets see if that comes to fruition, I don't think it will.
